Warranty Terms

Thank you for choosing Petra Steel Doors LLP for your steel door needs. We stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to providing excellent service. Please read the following warranty terms carefully.

  • The PETRA manual locking system is covered by five (5) year warranty.
  • The warranty covers manufacturing defects in the doors for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase.
  • Following the two-year product warranty, customers will receive an additional three (3) years of service warranty.
  • During this service warranty period, Petra Steel Doors will cover service charges, but customers are responsible for the cost of parts other than the lock system.
  • Petra Steel Doors will provide scheduled service for specific issues.
  • Customers are required to retain the warranty card until the expiration of the warranty period. WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS The warranty does not cover the following matters:1. Improper handling, attempts to destroy, natural calamities, accidents, careless usage, fire, direct contact with chemical substances. 2. Scratches, unsuitable weather conditions, direct sunlight, rain, oils, chemical liquids that may cause the door colour to dim. 3. Unauthorized services and handling are not covered by the warranty, including replacements and services.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover the following matters:

1. Improper handling, attempts to destroy, natural calamities, accidents, careless usage, fire, direct contact with chemical substances.

2. Scratches, unsuitable weather conditions, direct sunlight, rain, oils, chemical liquids that may cause the door colour to dim.

3. Unauthorized services and handling are not covered by the warranty, including replacements and services.
